Holds Are Now Open Game Begins Sept 15th - Ends January 15th For a list of wanted and unwanted
characters/types please consult this list.
Holds last five days with one extension of two days. If you desire an extension you must ask for one. If an application is not turned in after your hold expires, the hold will be dropped and you will not be eligible to rehold for three days to give others a chance. You may hold one character at a time. Once you have submitted an application you may hold a second character. After two weeks of active game play, you may hold another. No player may have more than four characters for now due to the nature of the game and the time frame involved. and the mod reserves the right to reject third and fourth character requests for players who have only the minimal activity or below. There are six categories of characters that may be considered. Those employed by (and presumed but not necessarily loyal to) the Ministry, Civilians (including celebrities, shop owners, and home makers), Hogwarts Employees, Pure Blood Society Members (or Purists), Characters of Undetermined Status, and Parents of Marauder or Trio Era Characters. A limit has been set on the last two categories, with six slots of each being open at the beginning of game. Once the other categories are filling in, more slots may be opened. Please note that all characters must be over the age of seventeen to be played, which means they must have been born no later than 1952. There are several popular characters that are unavailable but as they would be of school age or younger they are considered unplayable. Harry Potter canon characters of appropriate age and not on this list are also considered castable. If you're not certain, ask! To hold, please comment here using
